Dr. Dias-Zair and Jackie explain Creating Wellness at local Women's Wellness Event!

Last Monday we participated in BC Spas and Events' monthly women's wellness extravaganza at the Arizona Broadway Theatre. It was a great opportunity to tell people about the benefits of a healthy nervous system and what lifestyle practices are necessary to achieve the optimal health! Ta da! Introducing Creating Wellness - our 3 dimensional power program that targets physical, biochemical and psychological stress! It is a coached program that follows clients closely and helps them change their paradigm towards prevention, and away from reactive thinking. Many were intrigued with our sample assessment results which detailed the health status, lifestyle stresses AND the Wellness Quotient (WQ). Most wondered that their WQ is. The only way to find out is to undergo our comprehensive Creating Wellness Assessment in our office. (We actually did free lung capacity testing at the event- a small part of the actual exam) The results will highlight weak (and strong) areas so a specific, customized program is designed for the client.
We also introduced our new Creating Wellness Lifestyle Club which starts September 7th. Members will receive an initial baseline examination and of follow up exams every 6 months. It's a great way to get together with your friends and help support and motivate each other towards healthier habits. READ BELOW for specifics on this fantastic and affordable program!

Oh by the way, the theme was Margarita Madness, so hence the black attire and red flowers in our hair.

Aloha Fun Walk at University of Phoenix Stadium.

Last Wednesday we participated in the Aloha Fun Walk, sponsored by the City of Peoria, distributing valuable health information and doing free digital nerve scans. It's interesting watching people's reactions when they can see the link between their symptoms and the nerve stress, more importantly the "dysfunction" of their nervous systems and their inability to cope well with stress!

There were over 100 walkers, some walked over 4 miles (8 laps) around the upper level of the stadium. Jackie, our personal trainer led the entire group in some warm up exercises and stretches! That might have been her biggest class! Thank you Peoria Community Center for inviting us to help out!
