We are expanding our service menu to include new Spa Massages. Our Ayurvedic Head to Toe was such a hit last holiday season we decided to keep providing it to those who want a mentally relaxing massage, healthier hair growth and shine and restful sleep. After a full body massage, our trained therapists use Organic Bhringaraj Oil to massage the scalp and feet, targeting hundreds of pressure points. It is a blend of several Ayurvedic Herbs in a sesame oil base. NEW! Ayurvedic Pain and Sports Massage: Therapists will apply a base of coconut oil to administer a full body massage then focus on injured, painful and/or degenerative areas and joint using Organic Mahanarayan Oil- another blend of several herbs including turmeric (a potent anti-inflammatory used primarily in cooking). This soothes pain and stiffness while promoting healthy muscles and tendons.
Dr. Dias-Zair has been using Ayurvedic oils personally for years with success and has avoided pharmaceutical grade pain gels and patches. Topical applications of ingredients penetrate into the bloodstream quicker than oral intake resulting in a faster therapeutic effect.
If you have a stubborn stiff or painful areas, have post surgical pain or a recent injury, OR you just need to take a much needed time out and rejuvenate, call us to schedule an Ayurvedic Massage. Thanks for very interesting post, Chiropractic is a form of alternative medicine that emphasizes diagnosis, treatment and prevention of mechanical disorders of the musculoskeletal system, especially the spine, under the hypothesis that these disorders affect general health via the nervous system.
